For the successful economic development of all developmet the role of the mechanical and electrical engineer is obvious significance. Tge fundamental requiremet of mechanicsaland electrical stability, safety and durability witht the sometimes conflicting requirement of building use.economic,construction time and technique,services and future flexibility are of paramount importance.The basic approach to the design of the projct is to work in conjunction with the clients oweers tea to produce a design which best meets the project design, operational economic, service ability and construction requirements imposed on the project.
The objective would be archived by working within the overall philosophy and producing sufficient alternate preliminary structural design in enough detail to eneble preliminary cost estimates be established.Each scheme would be further evaluated byothers members of the project design team to consider the effect each scheme has on their particular discipline. This would then enable the project manager to select the most integrated and this economic sceme overall.

Of effect the company’ s objective. The partner wiil take the leas on any projet that is being carried out at the conceptual stage all partners wiil overview the design concept to ensure that the optimum and correct design philosophy is implemented.
The design consept wiil be carefully studied and analyzed by all partners. Any potential cost saving for optimum design could only be achieved at the conceptual design stage. It wiil bedifficult to achieve large potential cost saving in the design development stage if the concept incorrect.
After studying and analyzing by all partners, then it wiil be coordinated with the construction disciplines to reach the optimum design concept.
The design and the construction development stage wiil also be carried put with proper design review, checking s and coordination among all design disciplines involved prior to issuance to the client.
