The design consept wiil be carefully studied and analyzed by all partners. Any potential cost saving for optimum design could only be achieved at the conceptual design stage. It wiil bedifficult to achieve large potential cost saving in the design development stage if the concept incorrect.

After studying and analyzing by all partners, then it wiil be coordinated with the construction disciplines to reach the optimum design concept.

The design and the construction development stage wiil also be carried put with proper design review, checking s and coordination among all design disciplines involved prior to issuance to the client.
